Flexwave Info

Can I use the Flexwave on colored hair?

It is very important to always use a heat protectant on your hair prior to styling. On freshly died hair, heat can change or alter the tone of the colour. It is very important to test heat on a small section of your hair before using Flexwave on your entire head. 

Does the Flexwave suit all hair types?

Flexwave is suitable for hair of any thickness, however, it will not work on very curly hair. We suggest blow-drying your hair or brushing it straight before using. Flexwave works best for shoulder length hair or longer.

My Flexwave makes a buzzing noise, is it normal?

We know that buzzing sound can be concerning. This sound is quite normal on this tool. Flexwave uses double negative ion technology to create smooth, shiny and frizz-free results. The buzzing sound is attributed to the ION Generator used in this tool.

Is Flexwave dual voltage and travel friendly?

Flexwave has a voltage range of 100 – 240v, meaning it has dual voltage capability and can be used while travelling without a voltage converter. A plug adaptor is likely needed though!

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Sure. Please email us at help@peechhair.com ASAP if you wish to cancel your order! Alternatively, you can also cancel your order by logging into your customer account and looking under your order history. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once your order has been processed and shipped. But you can definitely process a return once you receive your package. Please see our return policy here.

When will my order ship?

Orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package.

Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment.

We currently ship to all 50 states of US!

We’re working hard to expand to other countries and we’ll let you know when we’re there.

Where do you ship from?

Currently, we have 2 different distribution centres.

We ship all our US orders from our warehouse in Maryland.

We ship all our AU orders from our warehouse in Sydney.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our hot tools from the date of shipping. The product must be in new condition and in original packaging. If a product is missing, box is damaged or not in restockable condition we cannot provide a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges.

All you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost) and you'll receive your refund. We do not cover or refund shipping costs. Once inspected, a full refund of the product/s will be returned to your account within 7 days.

Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order.

Due to hygiene, we do not accept
returns for hair accessories in any condition.

How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What is the warranty duration for my tool?

We are pleased to offer a 1 year warranty replacement on all Peech Hair hot tools for the US and Australia. Please be advised, our 1 year warranty is limited to one time use. The 1 year warranty does not restart once a replacement has been issued. To initiate a warranty replacement, simply email us at help@peechhair.com.

Our one year warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse or abuse, such as dropping, or failure to follow
    instructions enclosed in product packaging.
  • This warranty does not cover
    damages resulting from accident, day-to-day wear and tear, including product
    build-up, scratched or damaged plates, abuse of the electrical cord, neglect in
    safety.
  • Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair.
  • Items that are purchased from
    third-party retailers.

Do you repair or refurbish tools?

Our warranty program offers a brand new replacement tool for all claims and do not repair or refurbish tools.
