We are pleased to offer a 2 year warranty replacement on all Peech Hair hot tools for the US and Australia. Please be advised, our 2 year warranty is limited to one time use. The 2 year warranty does not restart once a replacement has been issued. To initiate a warranty replacement, simply email us at help@peechhair.com.

Our two year warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse or abuse, such as dropping, or failure to follow
  instructions enclosed in product packaging.
• This warranty does not cover
  damages resulting from accident, day-to-day wear and tear, including product
  build-up, scratched or damaged plates, abuse of the electrical cord, neglect in
  safety.
• Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair.
• Items that are purchased from
  third-party retailers.
